Mining Legislation Reform Institute (MLRI)
The Mining Legislation Reform Institute (MLRI) is a registered Armenian NGO, which seeks to ensure that mining in Armenia provides sufficient benefits to the country and local communities. The Institute’s activities are made possible largely through funding from the Tufenkian Foundation.
