In the wake of Artsakh’s ethnic cleansing, our operations have shifted to the needs of displaced families now seeking permanent refuge in Armenia. This transition has been challenging but also reaffirmed our mission to serve vulnerable communities, no matter the circumstances. Among these efforts, one initiative stands out as a beacon of hope and renewal: The revitalization of Syunik’s border villages, with a special focus on Svarants.
Svarants, a picturesque yet struggling village in the Tatev community, symbolizes the challenges and opportunities of rebuilding lives. With your support, we’ve launched an ambitious “win-win” project, designed to rehabilitate this village while providing homes for 20 families displaced from Artsakh.
Revitalizing Svarants is more than an infrastructure project. As we build houses, create opportunities, and ensure basic necessities, we’re not just (re)constructing buildings — we’re fostering a renewed sense of belonging and hope for a dignified future.
Your contributions have helped us provide not only drinking water and infrastructure, but also a lifeline for displaced families, reminding them that they are not alone.
As we look ahead to 2025, we invite you to join us in expanding these efforts. The challenges remain immense, but together, we can transform lives and build communities that stand as pillars of hope and strength – with a future worthy of the people we serve. Click here to donate.
